Dr. Jen Walczak is an educator, author, researcher, adjunct professor, and educational leader whose career has been grounded in a commitment to ensuring every learner is known, valued, challenged, and supported.
Her work focuses on culturally inclusive pedagogy, multilingual learners, educator development, and creating human-centered learning environments where all students can thrive. Through Culturally Connected, she helps educators recognize language, culture, identity, and strengths as assets — and turn what we know about learning into practices that work in real classrooms.
