Dr. Jen Walczak founded Culturally Connected on a simple conviction: when educators understand the learners in front of them, they open doors to who students can become. Her career — from the classroom to school and district leadership, higher education, and research — has been grounded in ensuring every learner is known, valued, challenged, and supported.
At the center of her work are multilingual learners: helping educators recognize language, culture, identity, and strengths as assets, and turning what we know about learning into evidence-informed practices that work in real classrooms.
